Refund Policy

At Editvo Complete Advertising Solution, we strive to deliver high-quality services tailored to your business needs. Due to the nature of our work, refunds are subject to the following terms:

Non-Refundable Services: Refunds are not applicable once work has commenced for any of our services, including social media marketing, SEO, and website development.
Additional Services: Any additional services requested by the client (such as specialized videos, extra keywords for SEO, additional website pages, paid themes, domain and hosting, PowerPoint presentations, PDF documents, logo design, or website modifications) will incur additional charges and are non-refundable once initiated.
Ad Campaigns: Advertising campaign budgets are determined by the client, and the cost is non-refundable once implemented.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your services. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

Cancellation Before Project Start: A partial refund may be provided for cancellations made before the start of the project, after deducting administrative fees.
Cancellation After Work Has Begun: Once the work has started, cancellations are non-refundable. Full payment is required for services already delivered up to the date of cancellation.
Additional Services: Any additional services (like video production, extra SEO keywords, website modifications, etc.) are non-refundable once initiated.
