Payment Terms

Website Development & Video Production Services

• 60% advance payment is required before project initiation.
• The remaining 40% payment is payable after project completion and approval, prior to final delivery or deployment.

Digital Marketing, SEO & Social Media Services

Monthly Packages

• Full payment (100% advance) is required before service activation.

Quarterly Packages (3 Months)

• 60% advance payment is required at the start.
• Remaining 40% payment is due after 30 days.

Yearly Packages

• 60% advance payment is required before project commencement.
• Remaining amount can be paid in agreed EMI installments (2–4 installments).

Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for services outside the agreed scope, including:

• Additional website pages
• Premium themes or plugins
• Domain & hosting charges
• Extra SEO keywords
• Additional revisions beyond approved scope
• Paid advertising budgets
• Specialized creative production or marketing campaigns

Any additional requirements will be communicated and approved before implementation.

Advertising Campaigns

Advertising budgets for platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid campaigns are separate from service charges.

Campaign costs depend on:

• client objectives
• audience targeting
• advertising duration
• platform selection

Ad budgets are directly controlled and approved by the client.

Use of Client Materials

Clients may provide:

• logos
• videos
• product images
• documents
• social media access
• website credentials

These materials are used strictly for project execution and service delivery purposes.

Editvo does not claim ownership of any client-provided assets.

Project Timelines

Project timelines vary depending on:

• project scope
• content availability
• revisions
• technical requirements
• client approvals

Delays in approvals or content submission may impact delivery schedules.

Intellectual Property

All completed deliverables remain the property of the client after full payment clearance.

Editvo reserves the right to showcase completed projects, creatives, or campaigns in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

While Editvo follows professional marketing and development practices, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as:

• fixed sales numbers
• exact lead quantities
• guaranteed search rankings

Marketing performance may vary based on industry, competition, audience behavior, and market conditions.
