Payment Terms

At Editvo Complete Advertising Solution, our payment structure is designed to ensure transparency and flexibility for our clients.

Video & Website Services:
- 60% payment upfront is required at the start of the project.
- The remaining 40% is due after the client has reviewed and approved the video or website.
Social Media Marketing & SEO Services:
- 60% payment upfront is mandatory to begin services.
- For yearly packages, the remaining balance can be paid in 2, 3, or up to 4 EMI installments.
- For monthly packages, full payment (100% upfront) is required.
- For 3-month packages, 60% is required upfront, and the remaining 40% is due after 30 days.
Additional Services & Charges:
- SEO Services: Extra charges will apply for additional keywords not included in the original package.
- Website Services: Additional costs apply for domain and hosting, paid themes, or extra website pages.
- Ad Campaigns: The cost for ad campaigns will be determined based on the client’s budget and marketing goals. Additional charges apply for supplementary campaigns or specialized ads.

Use of Client Data

At Editvo Complete Advertising Solution, we handle your data with the utmost care and responsibility.

Logos, Videos, and Images: We use all provided materials, such as your logo, videos, and images, exclusively for the purpose of executing your digital marketing campaigns, website designs, or video production projects.
Social Media Account Credentials: Any access to your social media accounts, including passwords and IDs, will be used solely for managing and improving your online presence, as per the agreed-upon services.
Client Data Privacy: Your data will not be shared with any third parties, except for essential service providers, like payment processors (e.g., Razorpay), or for the direct benefit of your project.
